And Happy belated Thanksgiving to you all!

Hi there,

Happy Friday. I decided against sending an email on Thanksgiving. Opting, instead, for a quick email the morning after, when you’re likely feeling terribly lazy.

Today, I’m going to focus on helping a few companies fill some exciting HR leadership roles. We are in direct communication with these folks and if you’re a good fit, we’ll fast-track you.

I am also a safety deposit box of HR secrets, so if you’re into one of these jobs, but are afraid that I know you’re looking, have faith. Your secret is safe with me and as part of our core business we are bound to respect your confidentiality.

Onto the show:

Head of People & Culture
Lifestyle Learning | Denver Based

To start, for folks looking for mountain life, there’s an executive role at a very exciting content company that expands perspectives through the wonder of learning.

They’ve created (and continue to create) a number of exciting brands that has propelled the company to 50+ employees in under 2 years. Now, they need a Head of People & Culture to tie it all together.

The best part (for me at least), it’s a self-funded operation, which, from experience, means an authentic focus on customer needs, flexible work environment, and sustainable growth.

Still interested? Well, I made the below video explaining the opportunity in greater detail:

It’s a challenging role, but promises to be an exciting journey. If you’re interested in this Head of People & Culture role, hit reply and let me know (from your personal email).

Head of People:
Healthcare: Consumer Facing | NYC Based

In eerily similar news, our friends at a NYC based company with a similar growth trajectory, that also began just two years ago and is known for its portfolio of user-facing brands, is looking for a Head of People.

So, if you’re digging the profile of building out the employer brand, employee experience, strategy, HR best practices and hiring function of a company tackling consumer healthcare challenges, then hit reply and let me know (from your personal email). I’ll send you more details (including the company name).

Oh, and you’ll be reporting to the president.

Talent Attraction Partner
Sustainable Farming | NYC Based

Finally, if you’re into sustainability & food, we have a Berlin-based company expanding in a big way right here in NYC. After launching in Europe back in 2013,  this company is bringing their alternative food system to the United States by introducing modular farms throughout urban environments.

If you’re into helping bring “resilient, transparent, and affordable” farming to more people and places, then hit reply and let me know (from your personal email).

Oh, and one more thing. You need to speak German. Sprichst du Deutsch?
