These days, it seems like the term “employer branding” is thrown around at offices and coffee shops as much as terms like “Beyonce,” “Game of Thrones,” or “I’ll have a coffee, please.”
Granted, that may only be true at offices and coffee shops heavily populated with HR professionals and recruiters, but our point remains: everybody in the HR and recruiting space is talking about employer branding.
However, not everybody is armed with the knowledge and resources to implement an effective employer branding effort.
So, we figured: why don’t we try to change that?
