I recently published a post on the evolution of the job listing (A History of the Job Listing and How It Just Died), which generated some interesting conversations.

I captured one with Neil Mody, a New York-based founders, here.

Neil draws a parallel to what happened in the content distribution space, where his previous company nRelate, was an early mover. And then we dig in a bit on the incredible Super Bowl ad bet placed by HotJobs at the peak of the dotcom boom. (Spoiler: the bet paid off.)
