In a featured case study, the IBM team summarizes the impact of Uncubed’s content-driven offering, which is powered by the Watson Candidate Assistant’s cognitive technology.
BuzzFeed’s primary goal was to engage candidates in a deeper, cognitive conversation – in order to better prepare candidates for the application process, and also help candidates ensure they are applying for relevant roles. As noted in the case study, BuzzFeed receives hundreds of applications per day for certain sought-after roles.
The goal of Watson Candidate Assistant, in conjunction with Uncubed’s content and integrated software, is to get talent teams spending less time on screening and more time on higher-value activities.
