Uncubed is the first small business I have the privilege of being apart of, and I never thought that company size would affect my day to day because I’m used to working for larger businesses.
With the growing amount of startups, I felt it was best to start a conversation about why size is something we should talk more about in addition to what other things we might consider before signing onto a job.
I invited David Wang, Product Manager at Handy, Taylor Crane, Senior Product Manager at Hello Alfred, and Shawn Vo, Cofounder and CTO of Axle, to talk about the significance of company sizes and the false allure of perks that startups like to use to draw in applicants.
