Make the most of the week

Tuesday – Startup Battles, 7pm
16 startups will battle it out for $25k in prizes, with an open bar, afterparty, and “celebrity judge” Romany Malco all on offer.. According to IMDB, Malco was on the show Weeds, so presumably he knows a lot about small businesses. Admission is $20 – RSVP here.
Location: AlleyNYC, 500 7th Avenue, floor 17A
Thursday – Startup Grind, 6pm
The global Grind hosts a sit down with Michael Bryzek, the cofounder of Gilt Groupe. But fear not – there’s also time allotted for networking and noshing. Tickets will run you 20 bucks. Get themhere.
Location: AOL, 770 Broadway, 6th floor
Elite Daily – Ad Ops Manager | Sponsored

Which is why 40 million of them visit NYC-based Elite Daily monthly. The site is is hiring an Ad Ops Manager. Ideally, you have 3 years of web-based ad experience. Ideally, that’s not you in the SantaCon brawl. Connect here to see all jobs.
Kickstarter – Office Manager
Who helps the helpers? Well, it could be you. Kickstarter, the company that offers mad inventors a platform for raising money, is looking for an office manager to make employees’ lives a little easier. If you’ve got logistic skills, a talent for multi-tasking, and a winning smile, this could be the gig for you. Get the details and apply here.
Might as well just give up on getting much done until 2014. Have fun out there.
Now go forth (and give ’em the business).
