All attending team members must be registered. This info will be used for check-in, name badges, and meal planning.

Submit the plan for your space
Deadline: Wednesday, May 22, 2019
All sponsor spaces come with your choice of standard tables:
- 6′ x 30″ rectangular table and chairs
- 30″ round cocktail table and stools
Additional items for your space can be procured by Uncubed or by a vendor of your choice, as long as they follow venue rules and space limitations.
Please be sure to submit your space plan to Uncubed by or before May 22 for approval.
Lounge Rentals & Branded Items
We work with AFR for lounge rentals, you check out their catalog here.
We also can procure a variety of other branded items, via Arrow Promotional, including but not limited to:
- Branded banners and/or tablecloths
- Swag like pens or water bottles
