Business and Systems Integration professionals analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.
Data and Analytics professionals define strategies, develop and deliver solutions that enable the collection, processing and management of information from one or more source, and the subsequent delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes.
Data Management professionals define strategies and develop/deliver solutions and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data lifecycle from capture to processing to usage across all layers of the application architecture.
•Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
•Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
•Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
•Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
•Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
•Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
•Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
•Experience in Data & Analytics/Data Management
•Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Enterprise Data Management concepts
•2-4 years Master Data Management experience with one of the commercially available MDM tool suites
•Experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
•Knowledge and experience on SAP Master Data
•Strong understanding or hands on experience with data quality, data profiling and metadata management
•Strong understanding of data structure classifications, workflow and CRUD processes
•Ability to apply MDM concepts across technology platforms (specially on SAP)
•Minimum 4 years’ Client facing experience
•Full lifecycle development experience
•Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
Preferred Skill Requirements:
•Master Data Domain experience in one or more of the following data domains (e.g. Product, Customer, Client, Provider, Vendor....)
•Supports the Enterprise data model, Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks to ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory guidelines.
•Industry experience in one or more of the following industries (financial services- banking/insurance, resources - utilities/oil&gas, healthcare - payer/provider, government, retail, cpg, communications, high tech)
•Must have SAP-MDG implementation experience, have gone through at least one full implementation lifecycle.
•Managing the data maintenance workstream for Materials, Customers, Vendors and Finance
•Liaise with functional team leads and business process owners to define process details
•Planning and overseeing all aspects of the SAP MDG delivery
•Interacting with other teams to understand schedule dependencies, resolve cross-team issues, and ensure migration milestones are met.
•Interacting offshore team to manage the build of SAP MDG configuration and RICEFW development
•Managing status, risks and issues relating to SAP MDG implementation activities - Ensuring data maintenance team deliverables are delivered within the timeframes of the project plan
•Extremely high exposure to the client: has to deal, on a daily basis with the Director of data management shared services, which is constantly participating in design and solution meetings.
