Salesforce Functional Lead

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce technology.
  • Great proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools.
  • Practical experience in implementing at least one of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud or other applications on Salesforce Platform).
  • Experience in business process automations projects, cooperation with development teams, understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts and its ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset).
  • At least have Salesforce Admin certification
Bonus:
  • Familiar with Salesforce Industry solutions such as FSC, Manufacturing Cloud, CG Cloud, Health Cloud and Vlocity solutions
  • Experience with managing client workshop
  • Experience with design thinking techniques

Professional Skills Qualifications:

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian.
