IAM Security Analyst

Basic Qualifications 
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general Cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management domain
Minimum of 1 years of experience in working with IAM solutions in one of the areas: 
o Design and develop automated provisioning and reconciliation of IT resources 
o Request-based application and resource provisioning 
o RBAC authentication to entitled applications and resources 
o Role based resolution of approvers for request approval flows 
o Single Sign-on 
Experience in at least two or more of the following IAM Functional Skills: 
o Access Management 
o Identity Governance 
o Directory Services 
o Identity Provisioning 
o Identity Management 
o Identity Management as a Service 
Minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills: 
Exposure to IAM technologies
Prior experience in deployment and implementation of custom applications 
Understanding of: 
o Provisioning, Onboarding 
o RBAC Authorization models 
o SSO WAC technologies Enterprise SSO 
o Federation 
o Privilege Access Management 
o Directory Services Meta-Directory Virtual Directory 
o Authentication Methods 
o Entitlement Management 
o OAUTH, OpenID Connect 
o HTML5, jquery, node.js

Professional Skills: 
Demonstrated creativity in complex problem solving and ability to work under pressure 
Are known as ‘analytical’ because you know how to solve problems
Ability to take business problems, existing processes and technology and translate these into service and process requirements 
Enjoy working as a team player toward a common goal • Feel comfortable speaking up, as well as listening to others
High energy levels and commitment to stringent timelines 
Ability to innovate and work on more than one project at a time
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian
