Here's what you need:

Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field, or four years' experience of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
One year experience in developing, prototyping, testing solutions for information systems implementation
One year in-depth experience with implementing enterprise applications
One year experience monitoring, administrating, and implementing performance tuning on database systems as well as experience in database performance optimization, developing/changing database indices, redesigning database structure and reloading data into a database;
One year experience with logical design, requirement definition, and data administration
Unix/NT operating system training or equivalent
Experience or training with Data Management Tools, NT Administration (C Shell programming and/or Bourne Shell programming language)
Procedural language (PL/SQL) knowledge and experience

Bonus points if you have:

Technical development experience implementing PeopleSoft™
