Transformation Delivery Lead

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ marketing / marketing operations experience in a consulting, professional services or large-scale digital agency or business

  • 8+ years in a leadership capacity delivering solutions and services that improve and grow business outcomes while successfully achieving target financial and timeline goals

  • 5+ years of experience defining and executing on process and operational design solutions in a business environment, focusing on developing large-scale global solutions for Fortune 500 clients

  • 5+ years of experience leading large teams, with offshore experience and managing program financials

  • Minimum of 10 years of client facing experience with demonstrated experience as a pro-active leader in complex organizations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Bonus Points If:

  • Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to identify opportunities and architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner

  • Expert in project management and delivery, working with on and offshore teams

  • Subject matter expert in integrated marketing operations and processes with expertise in delivering and understanding nuances of scaled services in one or more core areas of focus (content, campaign, performance marketing, media, analytics)

  • Direct client interaction, as well as work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Proven experience implementing, and managing operational change

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing process and rolling out new organizational capabilities / teams to generate improved business results

  • Experience of key business performance metrics and KPIs. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
