Federal - Security Compliance/Contracts Manager

Here's what you need:

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • 7 years experience in the management of and development of security requirements for complex proposals for federal government solicitations

  • 5 years experience with NIST; to include experience with ICDs, DISA STIGs, NISPOM, or SRGs

  • 5 years of experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

  • 5 years experience with the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 

  • 5 years experience with Defense Acquisitions Regulations Systems (DFARS)

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)

Other required skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience developing and presenting complex information to senior management and/or government officials

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8 years of relevant Military experience

  • 15 years of Information Security or related experience

  • Deep understanding of Federal information security requirements

  • Experience with the Intelligence Community

  • Consultative approach and incisive diagnostic skills

  • Proven executive leadership capability

  • Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)

  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of Federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community security requirements.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of balancing security risk, cost and delivery requirement

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $108,300 - $154,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
