Senior Manager Content Services

Here’s what you need:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience across digital marketing strategy and delivery at an agency or consultancy

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Digital Content Project Management (web assembly, email, banners, print collateral, signage) with demonstrated ability to critically assess a project or process to identify improvement opportunities

• Minimum of 7 years experience with large-scale digital content implementations, content technologies and content production

• Minimum of 5 years experience with developing and executing content strategies within a data driven marketing environment using scaled content services and multiple channels

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a lead content strategist with demonstrated ability to create a multi-channel content plan/proposal and present to clients

• Minimum of 5 years experience working with and implementing DAMs, CMS, CRMs to support scaled content execution and personalization

• Minimum of 6 years experience creating content and content strategy deliverables such as content architecture’s, messaging roadmaps, channel distribution frameworks, personas and journey maps

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience in a similar role

• Familiar with pricing models and building financial solutions

• Maintain an understanding of emerging digital and content trends 

• Understanding of the keys to successfully standing up a new content service (in-housing and outsourcing)

• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
