As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and maintaining innovative solutions using leading technologies. You will work as part of a diverse team including Product Owners, Technical Architects, Project Managers, Creatives and other varied disciplines; all focused on delivering cutting edge solutions.

  • A practical problem-solver, who explores both innovative and pragmatic solutions depending on the challenge.
  • As part of one of our agile teams, you will directly contribute to the production of software and architecture across different technology stacks: Web, Cloud, IoT, VR/AR. You strive to learn new skills and stays abreast of technical developments, successfully applying them to work practices.
  • Balance of industry best practices, principles, quality assurance and innovation in design and implementation.
  • Relentlessly reviews the standard of work, ensuring that only work meeting the highest levels of quality are delivered.
  • You will take responsibility for all phases of the deployment lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment and support.
  • You will develop and document production-ready code, focusing on quality, implementing unit and integration tests.
  • You will have the chance to experiment with new technologies and compare them, implementing proof of concepts and gathering information to enable decision-making.
  • Consistently delivers high quality project tasks on time and to budget.
  • Receives a high level of internal and external client satisfaction.
  • Makes a positive contribution to the team and receives positive feedback from team members.



  • Completion or near-completion of studies.
  • Strong technical skills including understanding of software development principles, like OO, Functional Programming, TDD, DDD, CI/CD, Git.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (ideally Javascript) and ideally one cloud platform (Azure, AWS).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Personable presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
  • Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player. 
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence. 
  • Experience working in a creative and/or agency environment is advantageous.
