The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for developing sophisticated digital experiences and must know front-end web development at an expert level. You will work with best in class creative, technical, media and analytics talents coordinating innovation in the interactive space.


  • 6+ years of experience in web application development
  • Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or AngularJS
  • Experience developing with NodeJS based application stack
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine/Mocha and Chai
  • Strong experience working with UI build frameworks including Babel, Webpack and Gulp
  • Experience configuring and working with CI and CD development environments
  • Experience developing cross-platform compatible, dynamic applications for web and mobile
  • Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design (RWD) techniques and best practices
  • Experience with version control software including SVN, TFS or Git (Git preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
  • Experience working with RESTful API (aka Headless) first integration with backend services/data
  • Experience developing interfaces for industry leading CMS such as Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience translating visual designs and wireframes into flexible and usable templates
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people


  • Familiarity with and adherence to web standards
  • Exposure to additional front-end technologies such as Sass/Less, Handlebars, TypeScript
  • Understanding of Section 508/Accessibility practices
  • Ability to write concise documentation that outlines workflow, thoughts, and patterns
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite along with a strong sense of motion and design
  • Experience working with web based creative tooling such as Sketch and Figma
  • Experience with eCommerce development
  • Experience working on an Agile or Lean teams
  • Experience mentoring more junior team members
