Where we need help

Three years in, we’re rapidly expanding our global footprint and email programs, and are looking for an experienced ops manager to help us scale our CRM systems. We’re a small, nimble team and need help in system implementations, daily maintenance, as well as managing third party vendors and working closely with internal analytics and engineering teams. We have a highly cross-functional workplace, and are looking to streamline processes with brand marketing, retail ops, and creative teams to better support and grow our email programs. This position will also be responsible for supporting the operations of retention programs, and project managing multiple retention and loyalty initiatives.

What does the job entail?

  • Replace our existing CRM platforms to scalable solutions, via a formal RFP
  • Learn and be point person for all email, segmentation, and NPS systems offering global support and localized customizations
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing relationship with 3rd party vendors
  • Determine ways to operationalize CRM team workflow including leveraging Looker reporting and offering transparency to all stakeholders
  • Support Senior Manager in retention program management working closely with our engineering team and leadership teams
  • Project manage email and loyalty projects to grow repeat customer business

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • A self starter with a background in working between creative and analytics teams
  • Experience with ESPs a plus
  • BA/BS or equivalent and 4-6 years experience in a fast paced environment
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in program management and end to end system implementations
