We are looking for a motivated, high energy, creative and flexible Inside Sales Manager to lead teams in London, Paris and Berlin.

We are looking for a leader, with deep analytical skills, and proven track record of success to manage, and motivate a team of 4 sales development representatives to prospect for new business.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Establish data driven lead generation processes.
  • Create pipeline strategy for each of our sub region.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure good leverage of marketing activities, MQLs, provided in the region, and alignment on sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Follow Up on opportunities creation by the Account Executive teams
  • Measure and take an analytical look at the business and sales funnel, internalize key performance metrics, and put plans for improvement into action.
  • Build dashboards and reports in SFDC to track and measure pipeline and performance.
  • Develop a strategy for scaling and managing the inside sales team, as well as implementing a training program for new inside sales reps.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of inside sales reps, setting expectations and ensuring goals are being met.
  • Manage a team’s quota attainment and provide guidance for a successful close.
  • Identify and make improvements in process, efficiency, enablement, and productivity.

 

What skills do you need?

  • You love data and highly analytical, detail oriented and proficient in using Salesforce.com, excel, google sheet...
  • Proven track record of successfully building, training and growing sales teams and helping them reach and exceed sales goals.
  • Creative and strategic approach to generate qualified leads.
  • Experience in direct enterprise-level, high-tech sales.
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and adaptable, with a solid understanding of sales methodology.
  • You have strong communication, relationship development and leadership skills. Easiness in working closely with other team.
  • Prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
  • Fluent in English, another European language is a plus.
  • You have a thorough understanding of the app ecosystem, SaaS, or Big Data space is highly desired.
