WHAT YOU'LL DO
We're looking for a talented full-stack engineer to join our Internal Tools team. This team builds software designed to improve the productivity and capabilities of other teams across our organization. Our customers are our colleagues. By automating manual processes, we’ve saved them thousands of hours of time and energy in the last year.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience developing web applications and should be able to rapidly iterate on a product. You should be great at communicating with people across our organization, figuring out their real needs, and distilling those needs into a great internal tool. If saving your teammates time and energy sounds fun and interesting, this is the job for you.
- 2+ years of experience in web application development
- Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a user-centric attitude
- Prior experience with Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, and React
- Prior work at a fast growing startup
