We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Product and Marketing to build this program. This role presents an excellent opportunity to impact the success of our sales teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast pace, highly engaged environment and is able to work closely with partners and product marketing teams to strategically deliver product training, assets, and collateral.


  • Become a product expert on our AI-powered audit solutions
  • Develop, manage, and lead on-boarding and ongoing selling, product, solution and domain training for the entire sales team including account executives, sales development representatives and sales consultants
  • Assess sales skills and knowledge and create/manage quarterly sales certification programs
  • Partner with sales, product and marketing leadership to define sales support initiatives as defined by sales leadership
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve enablement support programs and the ongoing development and use of sales content, tools and collateral
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop sales collateral and enablement content, and manage the sales enablement content repository to ensure that all information is up-to-date and readily accessible
  • Determine content adoption metrics, training effectiveness objectives and define sales enablement best practices
  • Organize bi-weekly learning sessions, QBRs and SKOs; determine content and speakers and manage all logistics and execution


  • 3+ years prior experience in Sales Enablement including building and executing sales on-boarding training and development strategies for a sales organization
  • Proven ability to develop content and materials for training on selling, product/solution and domain expertise and certification programs
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Project management experience with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PPT and Word


  • Prior experience in a sales operations, or other sales support role (preferably at a
  • startup)
  • Familiarity with the following systems: Salesforce, Bloomfire, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies
  • Reporting and data management skills is “a plus”
