Responsibilities:

  • Have a hand in developing our process
  • Full cycle recruitment to include: identify, source, recruit, screen, interview and close qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods
  • Evaluate applicants through their qualifications & job requirements
  • Arrange all stages of candidate interviews
  • Ensure data integrity in our ATS, Lever
  • Develop candidate pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of hiring needs
  • Build a bond of trust between hiring managers
  • Act with a strong sense of urgency

Requirements:

  • Experience in-house recruiting mid to senior level sales candidates
  • Proficiency in the use of various job boards and social networking sites
  • Proven success sourcing a high volume of qualified candidates
  • Drive the offer process, including extending offers, and closing candidates
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with passive and active candidates
  • Experience with compensation negotiation with sales candidates
  • Ability to work with a fast-paced team
  • Team oriented mindset
