Responsibilities:
Have a hand in developing our process
Full cycle recruitment to include: identify, source, recruit, screen, interview and close qualified candidates through efficient and cost effective methods
Evaluate applicants through their qualifications & job requirements
Arrange all stages of candidate interviews
Ensure data integrity in our ATS, Lever
Develop candidate pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of hiring needs
Build a bond of trust between hiring managers
Act with a strong sense of urgency
Requirements:
Experience in-house recruiting mid to senior level sales candidates
Proficiency in the use of various job boards and social networking sites
Proven success sourcing a high volume of qualified candidates
Drive the offer process, including extending offers, and closing candidates
Ability to build trustful relationships with passive and active candidates
Experience with compensation negotiation with sales candidates
Ability to work with a fast-paced team
