A quick snapshot….
As a member of the Managed Services team you will provide high quality functional and technical support services to 3 tier Aptos clients that require hyper-care SLA’s and proactive management of their solution. You will solve with high professional support issues or you will provide remote or on site consultancy on their live projects, you will monitor their application and the related performances in a proactive way proposing improvements both on the technical and functional areas and in the performances of import/export processes and algorithms.

Are you the person we are looking for?
Good understanding of the retail operations. A good understanding of retail operations would be a major plus! Having worked in the retail industry or bringing your past experience supporting retail head office software will definitely allow you to hit the ground running.
Strong troubleshooting skills and logic based thinking is your forte. This is an absolute must. Your proven ability to analyze and apply logical thinking to determine the root cause of an issue is fundamental to success in this role. Experience with SQL scripting is useful for easily understanding how systems interact/integrate with each other and as well as how changes in one application will affect others. Be prepared to share your experiences -- we’re looking forward to hearing them!

You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allows you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way or analyze evolutions in the most accurate and proficient way.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Education. Successful completion of a Management Engineering degree is highly preferred.
Languages. French or German intermediate level speakers are highly preferred.
