As senior marketing manager, you’ll bring strong field marketing skills and experience in managing campaigns to drive opportunities into the APAC team. You will be confident in presenting fresh ideas and show a willingness to be part of a successful marketing team. You’ll support the Sales team by providing tools that will enable them to reach the right customers with the right messages. And you’ll also manage business development relationships to create new marketing pipeline. Identifying key opportunities to promote the Aptos brand, build relationships at a partner and industry level, you will also have the ability to manage social and digital campaigns across all our target APAC regions.

In this role, your ability to create and implement timely and effective marketing campaigns will directly impact the Sales team’s efforts -- particularly around lead generation. Also, as we start to build our APAC-based marketing team, there are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your role.

 

Are you the person we’re looking for?

 

Proven experience in field marketing, campaign management and lead generation. You have a proven track record creating and developing processes to drive campaigns that deliver strong leads to the marketing pipeline. You have the vision to think and plan. You have effectively managed projects to budget and have the ability. And you have the knowledge and experience to recognize smarter, more effective ways of achieving departmental and organizational objectives. Authentic relationship cultivator. Building relationships and effectively communicating with internal teams like marketing and sales, as well as external business development relationships such as with retail associations, media and partners in APAC countries. This is not a chore; our interactions are never phony. We believe in authentic, two-way dialogue -- and your effectiveness in this area will have a powerful impact on our organization.

 

Strong pipeline generator. You are effective at translating marketing objectives into strong marketing pipelines. You have successfully delivered campaigns with clear pipeline results -- largely driven by your implementation of creative and strategic processes

Related experience Ideally experience in an enterprise software organization. We’re also interested in candidates who have social and digital marketing experience, some writing capabilities and event management experience. Retail software acumen is a major plus.
