The new Super Chewer Senior Designer will be the conceptual and visual storyteller, leading the design of all advertising - defining style, typography, photography, and color.
Design and oversee cutting edge creative work
Own the overall visual strategy of all advertising
Collaborate with internal photography teams to develop original, compelling campaign materials
Collaborate with copy teams to develop outstanding creative concepts
Work closely with product designers and other stakeholders to further develop and advance the Super Chewer brand and visual identity
Collaborate with growth channel leads to develop and test different creative executions, iterate and bring learnings into each new creative assignment
Manage design quality throughout all phases of a project
Speak articulately and collaborate with digital marketing team members, content writers, and developers
Have a portfolio of successfully launched work that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
Exhibit a master-level understanding of digital design, including typography and layout, user experiences for mobile, desktop, and experiential digital platforms
Be organized, work gracefully under pressure and switch between projects seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
Ability to translate business insights into creative execution
Excellent collaboration skills
