The Account Director is the Account team leader within his/her assigned territory, responsible for establishing and maintaining client/agency strategic partnerships, providing ongoing strategic oversight of assigned accounts, and maintaining agency business practices and financial standards across territory while driving team performance and development, quality work execution, client satisfaction, and agency growth.
The Account Director plays a strategic role in the the day to day client servies while managing and mentoring junior staff.
Experience and Education:
At least 4-7 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or client-side product management. Medical communications experience is perfered.
At least 2-4 years of experience managing direct reports
Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies
Master’s degree in business or science
