We are looking for an experienced benefits professional capable of helping execute a consultant engagement strategy, working with Sales and Marketing teams, and engaging with external stakeholders at benefits consulting firms.

Big Health is a remote-first company - we are headquartered in San Francisco and have a distributed team across the US and the UK. This role can be based anywhere in the US. Join us!

What you'll do:

  • Support the Alliances team in executing and refining the overarching consultant engagement strategy
  • Conduct outreach efforts to build and maintain relationships with benefits consultants at top firms such as Aon, Mercer, and Willis Towers Watson
  • Assist with project management, consultant follow up activities, and coordination of consultant meetings/events 
  • In collaboration with the team, develop and launch campaigns to educate consultants on the Big Health value proposition; this includes monitoring trends and responding to the evolving needs of employers and consultants
  • Leverage internal systems and tools to track consultant data and measure progress; effectively translate data into dashboards and executive-level presentations
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success) to support cross-functional goals and share lessons learned
  • Represent Big Health at external conferences and events as needed
  • Support organizational initiatives and offer creative ideas to drive growth

What you bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience, particularly in health and benefits consulting, sales, business development, and/or digital health 
  • Strong understanding of benefits consulting, pharmacy/PBMs, employer trends, and the vendor landscape
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management and follow up skills
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
