We are looking for an experienced benefits professional capable of helping execute a consultant engagement strategy, working with Sales and Marketing teams, and engaging with external stakeholders at benefits consulting firms.

What you'll do:

Support the Alliances team in executing and refining the overarching consultant engagement strategy
Conduct outreach efforts to build and maintain relationships with benefits consultants at top firms such as Aon, Mercer, and Willis Towers Watson
Assist with project management, consultant follow up activities, and coordination of consultant meetings/events
In collaboration with the team, develop and launch campaigns to educate consultants on the Big Health value proposition; this includes monitoring trends and responding to the evolving needs of employers and consultants
Leverage internal systems and tools to track consultant data and measure progress; effectively translate data into dashboards and executive-level presentations
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success) to support cross-functional goals and share lessons learned
Represent Big Health at external conferences and events as needed
Support organizational initiatives and offer creative ideas to drive growth

What you bring:

3-5+ years of experience, particularly in health and benefits consulting, sales, business development, and/or digital health
Strong understanding of benefits consulting, pharmacy/PBMs, employer trends, and the vendor landscape
Detail oriented with excellent project management and follow up skills
Strong business communication skills
Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Salesforce
