Consultant Relations Manager
Big Health, Remote - US
Good mental health without pills or potions
Duration: Full-Time
What you'll do:
- Support the Alliances team in executing and refining the overarching consultant engagement strategy
- Conduct outreach efforts to build and maintain relationships with benefits consultants at top firms such as Aon, Mercer, and Willis Towers Watson
- Assist with project management, consultant follow up activities, and coordination of consultant meetings/events
- In collaboration with the team, develop and launch campaigns to educate consultants on the Big Health value proposition; this includes monitoring trends and responding to the evolving needs of employers and consultants
- Leverage internal systems and tools to track consultant data and measure progress; effectively translate data into dashboards and executive-level presentations
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success) to support cross-functional goals and share lessons learned
- Represent Big Health at external conferences and events as needed
- Support organizational initiatives and offer creative ideas to drive growth
What you bring:
- 3-5+ years of experience, particularly in health and benefits consulting, sales, business development, and/or digital health
- Strong understanding of benefits consulting, pharmacy/PBMs, employer trends, and the vendor landscape
- Detail oriented with excellent project management and follow up skills
- Strong business communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce
