Campaign Strategy & Analytics - Senior Executive

Birchbox UK is looking for a detail oriented, hardworking, enthusiastic, and analytical candidate to join the UK Brand Partnerships Team to support our rapidly growing business.  Our innovative business model brings unique opportunities, and this will be a full 360 degree role from designing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, to project managing their execution internally, and delivering powerful analytics to our Brand Partners to report on ROI.  This role is based in our central London office, with an ideal start date of early November.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Strategy & Operations:
    • Support our Buyers in understanding Brand Partners’ goals for their cross-channel digital marketing campaign with Birchbox
    • Design the ideal campaign plan for each brand, including which promotional assets to employ and how to drive customer engagement
    • Ensure internal cross-functional team members (PR, Content, Social, CRM, Creative) understand brand goals, campaign plans, and pertinent information in order to meet campaign objectives - including leading monthly meetings and check-lists
    • Consistently provide updates on campaign coverage and results to brand partners (launch emails, 6 week check ins)
    • Manage day to day admin with Brand Partners to get all campaign assets (photography, ingredients lists etc) and then execute upload of brand and product webpages using back-end system
    • Project manage timely execution of all campaign assets with internal cross teams (PR, Content, Social, Creative, Marketing)
    • Conduct ad-hoc admin requests for the Brand Partnership Team including box preparation and printing for meetings 
  • Analytics & Insights:
    • Build custom Campaign Analytics Reports, quantifying and effectively conveying campaign ROI to close future samplings as well as surfacing actionable insights for future campaigns; confidently present report to Brand Partners
    • Prepare, conduct and analyse customer surveys, including weekly reports to share internally with the Birchbox UK team
    • Create and send monthly sales reports for key brand partners
    • Assess the impact of campaigns and how best to apply learnings going forward; deliver these learnings in monthly internal meetings
    • Create brand campaign case studies as and when required

Your skills/experience:

  • 4+ years experience working in an agency/campaign role, ideally in the beauty industry
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills required - SQL experience a plus
  • Project management experience and presentation skills beneficial
