Bonobos is seeking an energetic and resourceful System Administrator to provide superior service and support to internal business customers and administer various systems across the Infrastructure.

Bonobos is uniquely positioned to delight customers by connecting our in-store (we call them Guideshop locations) and online experiences. As a System Administrator, you will be at the front lines of this process by making sure our employees have the hardware and software tools that they need to do their jobs seamlessly. Reporting to our IT Manager, you will be the main resource for the resolution of complex IT issues; supporting the IT infrastructure & AV systems and collaborating with our Ninja and Guideshop teams

What you’ll do...

  • Handle network/system administration duties including, but not limited to; installing, testing, configuring, monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network services & hardware, Active Directory, SAAS platforms, IAAS platform, remote access, Intranet, Wi-Fi systems, end-user workstations, laptops, peripheral devices, tablets, software, printers, E-commerce, collaborative & video conferencing tools, A/V systems, key card system, ERP platform, VOIP phones, security cameras & visitor management devices
  • Manage user accounts & PCs via Active Directory and Macs & tablets via JAMF
  • Lead the support of Audio/Video systems and video conferencing tool and collaborate with Walmart & Jet teams on upgrades, maintenance and monitoring
  • Serve as a point of escalation for level 2-3 & complex help desk troubleshooting and issue resolution. Provide end-user support to HQ and Guideshops as required  
  • Work with parent company’s IT team (Walmart) on ongoing issues (via Servicenow helpdesk) and coordinate security patching and upgrades to ensure infrastructure is within Walmart’s security and system requirements
  • Work with vendors to resolve software and hardware issues
  • Facilitate the IT orientation sessions for new hires at HQ as a part of the onboarding process
  • Participate in IT projects and collaborate with team members and other departments
  • Lead on the opening of new Guideshop retail locations including the deployment and management of network, phone & internet equipment and a fleet of iPad point-of-sale devices
  • Manage the relationship with our broadband Internet vendor including the opening of service tickets and maintenance of networks throughout the Guideshops
  • Collaborate with CX Operations & Guideshops teams and Wal-Mart InfoSec on day-to-day operations. You'll also be the backup IT CX Associate as needed
  • Contribute to on-call rotation as necessary (evening and weekend work may be occasionally required)

You...

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field (preferred)
  • Possess certifications in ACMT, MCSA, MCSE or MCP
  • Have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience within the Information Technology field
  • Possess technical prowess with a variety of hardware
  • Thrive in collaborative environments
  • Have a good working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft Office and SharePoint/One Drive
  • Are able to repair basic hardware (Dell & Apple hard drives, memory, keyboard, etc.)
  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills and documentation capabilities
  • Are knowledgeable with Google Suite Enterprise & Admin Console
  • Able to administer and manage Slack communication tool, JIRA and JAMF
  • Can support Zoom video conferencing and troubleshoot issues with Cisco codec
  • Are open to new technologies and provide input and feedback
  • Are able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform minor facilities functions (such as moving furniture, desks, etc.)
  • Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Are an effective communicator (both verbal and written) and work well cross-functionally
  • Have a customer-focused mindset and ability to multi-task
  • Are willing to do light travel
