As a Recruiting Manager, Talent Sourcing, you will lead a team of 5-7Talent Sourcers and Recruiting Generalistsresponsible for building candidate pipeline across critical Go-To-Market and G&A roles. You will also be tasked with implementing innovative sourcing strategies and programs aimed at attracting passive prospects. You should have a knack for telling a story with data and partnering closely with hiring teams to grow and cultivate talent networks across the US.
Ideally this role will split time between our SF and Redwood City offices.
Focus on leadingtalent sourcing strategy - everything from goal setting and resourcing to running innovative sourcing programs that enable us to hit our hiring targets
Develop and coach your team, providing opportunities for growth
Partner closely with recruiting and sales leadership to ensure we have sourcing support and coverage on business critical roles
Ensure the team is properly resourced to hit our hiring targets
Regularly report out on progress, flag hot spots, and work through creative solutions with the team
What you need to be successful:
5+ years of experience recruiting, with at least 2 years experience leading a team
Track record of success in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent through innovative sourcing strategies
Command of metrics including: pipeline data, pass through rates, hiring forecast, and recruiting capacity
High aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
