You've recruited before - this isn't your first rodeo! You are confident running a search: everything from managing the relationship with your hiring manager, assessing the talent market, setting targets, negotiating offers, and collaborating with Coordinators and Sourcers. You're well-versed in using tools - be it LinkedIn, an Applicant Tracking System, among others - to find and track talent. Excellent candidate experience is a top priority for you; you go above and beyond to ensure every candidate leaves our doors feeling inspired. Agility and resourcefulness is the name of your game!  You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment and bias towards action in the face of ambiguity.  You're an exceptional communicator, business-savvy, and data-driven. 
  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience (with at least 2 of those in full-cycle). We are open to hiring at the Recruiter through the Senior Recruiter level. 
  • Exposure to sales recruiting, be it through prior sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
  • Position is based in our SF office.  Ability to come to Redwood City office (located at CalTrain stop) once a week is preferred.
