We're already in London, France, and Germany, and the new Poland location will act as a global engineering and product development hub alongside our headquarters in Redwood City, California.
Mandatory Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • SQL or similar data analytics skills
  • Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic and global environment
  • Able to partner with designers to define and iterate on end user experiences which blow our customers' minds
  • Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack 
  • Must speak English proficiently 
Requirements that are Welcome:
  • MBA
  • 2+ years as a software product manager, engineer or technical/functional consultant  
  • Experience in an agile environment
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environment
  • Experience in SQL, data analytics, AWS, GCP, micro-service architecture
Candidate will be expected to: 
  • Help define the Enterprise Administration strategy, build and execute on the roadmap 
  • Interact with Box customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them into crisp requirements
  • Measure results and iterate on features with a keen eye towards driving key metrics 
  • Build end-user experiences that deliver measurable value without increasing complexity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and help drive go-to-market activities
  • Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team.
  • Attend and engage in weekly stand ups, team meetings, manager 1:1s
  • Play a role in developing and fostering Box culture in the newly created office
  • Represent Box Poland internally and externally
Percentage of Time Spent:
  • 40% Creating and iterating on requirements & mockups. Working with engineers on sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, design reviews, etc
  • 15% meetings with various stakeholders and planning activities
  • 10% GTM activities like roadmap creation, blog posts, working with marketing
  • 20% Interacting with Customers, sales, sales engineers, Customer Success Managers, etc
  • 10% market research, competitive research
  • 5% Analyzing product/feature/business metrics
  • Agile management - Scrum
  • Issue tracking tool -Jira
