We are seeking a talented and passionate web designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate is someone who has the ability to utilize their skills across multiple types of design needs with a focus on UI/UX. If you enjoy solving design challenges and working with a blank canvas, then let's see what you've got.

Responsibilities

Expectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates’ ideas, but also be a part of the initial creative process and drive the high level strategy behind our design decisions
Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
Balancing multiple design tasks at a time
Work alongside engineers to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
Collaborate with engineers to iterate on the design and implementation of product build outs
Research on new solutions and offerings

Requirements

4+ years of agency experience or the like
A deep portfolio of work covering web and mobile UI/UX
Strong conceptual thinking
Intimate knowledge of industry tools
Solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation
Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for multiple devices
Great communication skills
Takes criticism very well
Deep understanding of consumer based technology products and experiences
