We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced creative manager to run our art organization on Destiny. While we value and desire an artistic background, this position is primarily focused on people management and organizational health. This person will concentrate on resource planning, mentoring and coaching. Additionally, the Destiny Head of Art will identify training and development opportunities for the team, while also collaborating across disciplines throughout the studio to ensure art is meeting project deliverables. The right candidate will possess a compelling vision that will foster a happy, engaged, buoyant and ever-learning art organization!

But our pedigree goes back further than Halo. Over the past twenty years we also created a bunch of other fun games, including the Marathon Trilogy and the first two Myth games, hailed as classics by critics, gamers, and our parents alike.
