Join our team as a Healthcare Implementation Specialist, tasked with helping launch our amazing healthcare service in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

About Us:
As an alternative to 911, Call9 helps successfully decrease the time it takes patients to see an Emergency Physician - from an average of 60+ minutes to just moments of an acute condition! Our proprietary telemedicine platform connects our off-site emergency physicians with emergency medicine-trained technicians located in each Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) that we provide services to. By equipping these technicians with modern diagnostic capabilities and 24/7 access to emergency physicians, Call9 is bringing basic emergency department services to the patient’s bedside. We’re reinventing emergent care in Skilled Nursing Facilities, preventing avoidable hospitalizations, and saving the overall healthcare system millions of dollars.

What You’ll Do/Responsibilities:
As the Healthcare Implementation Specialist you’ll…
Project manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new Skilled Nursing Facilities
Network with local hospital systems to establish outpatient services
Problem solve to overcome facility-specific operational hurdles
Analyze business productivity, including data, and provide strategy for improvement
Provide initial customer support and manage new business relationships
Coordinate interactions both internally and externally
Function within team-constructed budgets (e.g. monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective action plans as needed)
Identify creative technology needs and proactive approaches to optimize the patient experience and/or bypass operational hurdles

Bachelor’s degree
Tech savvy, familiar with cloud-based applications, and comfortable with video conferencing
Willingness to travel within the great New York City area, up to 50% of the time with own transportation
1+ year of full-time experience in healthcare operations, management, or relationship building
Optional -  Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York with relevant licenses and certifications

Ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with healthcare, business, and engineering professionals

Experience in a startup environment (not required but a plus!)
Willingness to be flexible, including performing responsibilities not specifically outlined in the job description and assuming new responsibilities as the business needs evolve
