About the Role

Cardlytics is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented leader who wants to join a team focused on collaborating with the top US Financial Institutions to deliver engaging and profitable loyalty experiences. Reporting into the SVP, Bank Success, the Sr. Manager, Bank Success will be the primary lead overseeing the day-to-day execution of programs for our partners.  You will identify and facilitate opportunities to enhance our offering with our partners coordinating with additional internal teams as needed.  You will own delivery of client programs including building and communicating delivery schedules, daily client activities, project management across the bank team and being the representing client stakeholder with Implementations and Production Support.  ​For client programs, you will focus on seamless delivery across Cardlytics teams, successful execution of engagement programs, lead internal and client reviews and understand KPI performance. Your role will be to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with the broader bank team. 

You will

  • Lead the daily interaction with Financial Institutions representing their needs internally, providing client service support.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to hit program KPIs.
  • Balance business objectives across bank, advertiser, and CDLX and refine engagement constructs and maximize revenue.
  • Execute strategic account plans to drive growth, deepen relationships, and deliver flawlessly.
  • Lead program management efforts internally to ensure cross-functional delivery against key initiatives and engagement goals.
  • Collaborate internally to customize existing products or build new, differentiated solutions.

You are

  • A collaborator who will partner across bank and internal organizational lines to execute go-to-market strategies and expand adoption of Cardlytics solutions.
  • Results oriented and can manage the day-to-day needs, hit objectives and product key results.
  • Data driven and have the analytical ability to identify and translate insights into actionable storylines and strategies.
  • Curious and always go beyond what is happening to discover why.
  • An effective communicator with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Relationship manager who never stops at no and strives to help your partners drive results.
  • A strategic thinker who focuses on integrating current initiatives in the bank and ideating on future solutions for bank and other clients.

You have experience in

  • Client management and delivery with 6+ in a client-facing role leading media, loyalty or engagement initiatives. Experience with Financial Institutions is preferred.
  • Tackling complex issues with a combination of long-term vision and data-driven scenario planning.
  • Account management and have owned or managed complex customer relationships that require cross-organizational communication.
  • Delivering exceptional service throughout the bank and customer value stream, demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with teams.
  • Developing strategies and leading projects from conception to completion that consider client, consumer and business needs.
  • Influencing and selling at the client level, supporting sales leadership and serving as the solution expert in terms of bank value and customer engagement.
