This role will entail handling account-related and technical support inquiries for both prospective and current dealer clients in the French speaking market. The ideal candidate for this position is highly consultative in nature and enjoys building strong relationships with their client base. You have a strong sense of customer service and the ability to quickly and effectively tackle issues in a proactive and reactive manner.

The Customer Success Specialist will be an expert at usage of CarGurus tools, and will foster each account to resolve technical support issues, billing queries, analysis and demonstrating the use of the CarGurus tools as well as, will play an essential part in establishing and maintaining a relationship with each dealer client, while ensuring engagement with the CarGurus platform. Additionally you will be involved in different projects and you will find creative ways to work cross-functionally and support all different teams.

Who You Are:

  • 1-3 years of technical support or customer success experience
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and French is essential, additional language is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding communication and listening ability
  • Strong customer focus and ability to multitask over multiple communication channels (phone/email)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and act as liaison with other departments such as sales, account management, business development and marketing, among others.
  • Industry experience a plus
