Role:The Business Development Operations role is a rotational role, having an opportunity to be exposed to all areas of the business by supporting operations across sales and marketing. You will play an integral role in selling and marketing, Cerebri AI’s solutions for enterprise by interacting with the respective teams and business stakeholders. Target account research, market research, planning, working with customers, analyzing business needs and requirements are all part of the business development operations role. This role is meant for someone who wants a broad exposure to the enterprise AI and software business and is willing to be creative and resourceful to getting the job done. You will be part of a focused team working in fast paced environment and must keep up with adjustments to responsibilities and priorities. Cerebri AI is proactive with hiring a diverse and inclusive team. Potential responsibilities depending on rotation:
 
Marketing
 
Understand and identify trends within our industry and customer base
Proactively seek opportunities for optimization of marketing processes
Track and plan marketing activities
Target customer sector intelligence and research

Sales
Provide operational support to global sales team
Manage and administer sales CRM tools
Develop reporting infrastructure for sales funnel insights and sales performance management
Provide regular performance updates on sales funnel mechanics and pipeline growth trends
Assist with forecasting through measurement of KPIs such as sales velocity, average order value, and channel conversion
Support VP of Sales and CFO on operating model planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, MBA from a top school preferred
  • 3 - 5 years business experience, preferably at a technology company with solutions sales
  • Results driven
  • Persuasive: you would rather put out a memo justifying your well thought out position than have an ad hoc meeting to discuss your position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in PowerPoint, Word and email, including strong listening skills
  • Exceptional team player with ability to quickly develop and foster cross-functional relationships
