CIC is seeking a Program Experience Coordinator to support the International Soft Landing Program and deliver the best possible program experience. This role will be based out of Miami.

ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL SOFT LANDING PROGRAM
The CIC International Soft Landing Program prepares startups to expand into the U.S. market, giving the participants:
• A road map to enter the US market.
• Compelling sales and funding pitch to attract clients and investors.
• Clarity on a legal, tax, and immigration strategy.
• Connection to, CIC trusted partners, banks, accelerators, and investors.
• An impactful agenda led by CIC, a world-class innovation leader. 


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
The ISL Program Experience Coordinator’s focus is to support, coordinate, and execute the International Soft Landing Program’s cohorts. The goal is to deliver the best possible program experience for founders, mentors, partners, investors, and other stakeholders, while reporting to the Director of International Soft Landing Strategy.

Responsibilities include:
• Program and speaker coordination before, during and after the cohort and the session.
• Web, email, and social event promotion on CIC communication channels in coordination with the CIC Marketing department.
• Track and measure sessions engagement and the program experience, extracting insights for improvements. 
• Identify and mitigate risks to the effective operation during the sessions.
• Support the administrative side of giving the best possible soft landing experience to founders, mentors, partners, investors and other program stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from participants, instructors, and clients.
• Coordinate research and collaborate with educators, subject experts, and other professionals to develop quality curricula and recommended learning resources.
• Monitor class progress and make relevant suggestions to keep making the program better. 
• Support the systems to scan and approve qualifying candidates for the program.
• Maintain metrics tracking tools for program health, and incorporate into quarterly reporting.
• Administration tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and information and documentation sharing with instructors and participants.  

Physical activities on the job: 
Frequent use of hands for fine motor work and mid to full vision. This position includes hosting the program in our spaces, necessitating moving around our spaces and lifting/moving AV equipment, tables, and chairs. This position also requires significant time working on a computer and navigating between different documents and platforms.  


ABOUT YOU
You have experience creating marketing campaigns, coordinating programs and events and bringing a creative, flexible approach to your work. You have a long-term commitment and passion for the startups world.  

More specifically, you shine:
• Executing events or programs activities.
• Creating content for social media and email marketing.
• Envisioning, developing and implementing innovative program experiences.
• Communicating and promoting programs through digital media channels.
• Navigating failures with a commitment to improvement, and with a relentless, obsessive attention to detail while completing administrative processes and procedures. 
• Working in fast-paced environments with a focus on program planning, business operations, and/or project management.
• Communicating in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Planning and prioritizing to meet program tasks goals.
• Adapting quickly to different situations.
• Anticipating the needs and requests of participants and instructors.  
 

YOU HAVE
• Professional proficiency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is preferred but not required.
• Comfort in Google Apps, and open to learning about Asana, Hubspot, Google Site, Jot Form, Canva. 
• Strong writing skills and experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. 
• Comfort speaking in formal and informal group settings (at times you will present or speak in front of multiple entrepreneurs/start-ups simultaneously).
• An interest in Miami’s start-up community, key influencers, networks and organizations.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in the discourse around technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
• On a weekly basis, availability to work in a hybrid working environment (home and from CIC’s office space.) The expectation is that the team member will work a simple majority of the time from the CIC office space.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Starting compensation is $53,703.
