- Sourcing, developing and closing new accounts
- Achieving assigned sales targets
- Consulting with clients on business and healthcare needs
- Developing insightful proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
- Uncovering new revenue opportunities and working with product management to productize and launch
- 5-7 years experience in sales, management consulting or venture capital
- Existing contact network and minimum one year experience selling software or employee benefits solutions to HR teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with complex and consultative sales to C-level executives
- Ability to function in an early stage environment and get things done with sometimes limited information and resources
