You’ll be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with a high volume of accounts. Outside of your quarterly goals, you’ll be expected to focus on client retention and expanding their existing contracts by working closely with your clients through each account life cycle.
Our Account Managers represent the entire range of company products and the specific values ClearSlide has for each client. It is your daily goal that all client expectations are met by the company and that any issues or concerns are met with clear next steps and reassuring composure.
Overall, this role covers the following:
- Day to day management and execution of client programs
- Working closely with the Sales teams to ensure client success
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive user experience
- Serving as the face of ClearSlide and the main point of interaction for your clients
- Introducing upgrades and new features and upselling existing contracts
- Managing a 1.5-1.7 million dollar book of business
- Learning and understanding the full capabilities of ClearSlide platform and customizing client experiences around their needs
- 100% client retention
- Managing client expectations and working across departments to ensure their needs are met
- Delivering satisfied client relationships that help to cultivate references, renewals, and an overall positive experience with ClearSlide
What You Bring to the Table
4 year college degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years Sales or Customer Success experience
Experience managing a 1 million dollar book of business
Previous experience of SaaS and subscription based models is a plus!
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar SaaS technologies
Comfortable with light travel (up to 25% of the time)
You are self motivated, driven, and results oriented
You possess strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
You feel comfortable working and communicating with C Level Executives
You are consistently producing high quality and accurate work
People describe you as personable, thoughtful, and a team player
You thrive on constructive feedback and are easily coachable
