- Act as a primary point of contact for existing Enterprise clients Exceed assigned quotas and other performance objectives
- Provide account leadership and direction in the post-sales process
- Partner with CSC (Client Success Consultants) to drive implementations and high levels of adoption within customer accounts to ensure upsell potential and renewals
- Ensure internal alignment on account plans by partnering with the Account Executive to execute on the identified success criterias and playbooks
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction to ensure client realizes full value from their investments with ClearSlide.
- Conduct Customer QBRs
- Strong product knowledge for training, usage and client satisfaction
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills
- Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships with decision makers at the executive and management levels
- Develop and deliver strategies that help drive our clients business
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience in SaaSSuccessful track record in high velocity land and expand go to market sales
- Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption
- Ability to create new and leverage established relationships within VP/C levelsEffective communicator, strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player
- Self-motivated, driven and results oriented
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilitiesProduce high quality and accurate work consistently
- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)
- Ability to travel up to 40%
