What you'll do as a Solutions Program Manager
Cloudflare is seeking a talented and passionate Program Manager to lead and manage various projects initiated by the Solutions Team spanning multiple quarters and teams. This position will be based in San Francisco, CA. You will be reporting into the Head of Solutions.
Your main role will be to drive programs which improve the efficiency of the Solutions Team. In this role, you will partner with product, marketing, and sales organizations to plan, report, and manage the execution of Cloudflare’s Solutions Team’s activities. Examples of projects you will be involved include:
- Define and run program to measure product expertise of Solution Team Members
- Refining and improving the proof of concept process, driving adoption, defining goals and gathering insights;
- Building the regional SE exchange program to optimise value;
- Define and run program to measure success of onboarding process and continued education of Solution Team Members
- And more. :-)
Program Management at Cloudflare provides you with a myriad of opportunities to effectively define and accomplish strategic goals. You will be the driving force to make things happen. The ideal candidate is process driven, enjoys bringing people together to form an amazing team, and driving them towards successful delivery.
- 3+ years experience in project/program management;
- Ideally, experience in sales team environments;
- Proven track record on creating realistic project plans, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability;
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Experience working with multiple time zones and multiple cross functional teams;
- Strong competency with project management tools (admin-level experience strongly preferred for Confluence, JIRA);
- Comfortable managing projects with tight deadlines.
