About the Role

Cloudflare is looking for an experienced ABM Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this high impact role, you will put your creativity to work to develop, launch and manage highly targeted,  multi-touch cross-sell/upsell campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue in a specific set of enterprise Customers. Your campaigns will be executed through a variety of channels including email, direct mail, content syndication, executive events, social media, display advertising, webinars and Sales teams.  

You will partner with and leverage cross-functional teams to create the Customer value proposition and campaign deliverables, and work with the expansion sales team on account-based initiatives. This role requires someone who has experience with  funnel management and a wide variety of online and offline campaign tactics, is well versed in Salesforce.com reporting, and has a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing investments.

Responsibilities

  • Define campaign objectives, tactics, assets and channels; identify target customers; create campaign components leveraging cross-functional team members in Content, Design, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Customer Advocacy.
  • Develop  messaging  appropriate for targeted personas. 
  • Execute campaigns utilizing a variety of channels (email, direct mail, content syndication, executive events, social media, display advertising, webinars).
  • Manage campaign launch and timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization. Manage funnel performance and reporting. Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders.
  • Use internal tools to stand up campaigns: Email; Marketo; PFL; Reachdesk; Contentful and Folloze to create landing pages and microsites for campaigns.

About You

  • Exceptional project management skills and creativity required for campaign development.
  • Results/data orientation required for campaign measurement/analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
  • Self starter and highly curios
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or other related field.  
  • 3-5 years proven experience with developing and executing Enterprise B2B ABM campaigns and achieving pipeline and conversion targets (ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, networking and/or cybersecurity segments).
  • Expertise building full funnel campaign tactics and management, including the ability to identify appropriate messaging for targeted personas.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo or other CRM/marketing automation platforms. Experience with ABM platforms a plus.
