The Senior User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the entire digital marketing budget for Coffee Meets Bagel. You will lead a team of analyst(s), and the creative production team, to deploy capital effectively while reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

You have a strong, proven track record of running user acquisition for a consumer brand (preferably in the dating space, but not required). You are analytical, a strong communicator who can independently manage multiple advertising campaigns, and can coordinate creative development.


  • Own the user acquisition P&L. Develop vision and strategy for the UA team based on the company’s growth plan, and lead a team of analysts and creative producers to execute on that vision.
  • Ensure the setup of the best-in-class UA infrastructure, process, and tools that enable us to deploy capital as effectively as possible.
  • Work with other marketing stakeholders to ideate and execute creative digital campaigns that speak to our audience. Develop test plans, measure performance, and make changes based on your testing.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify new partner, platform, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance.
  • Identify the highest impact testing opportunities; prioritize, execute, track results and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Daily, weekly, and quarterly budget forecasting and reporting of results.


  • 5+ years of UA experience in a consumer space.
  • Ample knowledge about the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
  • Strong knowledge and direct hands-on experience with all social media platforms & Google mobile advertising platforms strongly preferred
  • Experience leading a team, including creative team members
  • Creative problem-solving acumen, with the analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions
  • Strong experience conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad creatives
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and SQL
  • Experience working with back-end analytics systems
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Mode)
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functionally with other teams
  • Experience working with third-party mobile-tracking systems
  • Proven ability to be proactive
