Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Program Manager to join our PMO and help us achieve our goals. As a program manager, you’ll work closely across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Ops departments to plan, prioritize, and manage delivery of our products.  You'll be charged with ensuring that we are tracking to our product vision and mission; so we can ultimately deliver the best possible experience to our customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work and communicate effectively with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Design and Product Management to build consensus and deliver our overall vision
  • Act as a central point of contact for all communication related to your program/projects
  • Maintain and communicate the program roadmap/timelines
  • Facilitate workstream intake sessions
  • Owns all action items for the program/projects until an owner is identified
  • Owns reporting on program/projects health status to all stakeholders and teams
  • Facilitates and coordinates the release planning process
  • Responsible for risk and dependency assessment and mitigation
  • Educates/Enforces agreed upon processes and agile methodology rules
  • Track progress on quarterly product achievements, client deliverables, and OKRs
  • Guide development projects that span beyond scrum-based development
  • Drive program level quarterly/annual planning processes
  • Able to travel if needed

Education, Experience, & Skills Required:

  • 6 to 10 years experience as Program Manager
  • 5+ years of Agile experience
  • Previous scrum master experience
  • Proven ability to build senior-level relationships and drive program level planning processes
  • Experience partnering on large-scale programs/projects with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Design and Operations teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Technical MBA or consulting or startup experience is a plus
  • Experience working with multiple geographies preferred
  • Familiarity with web-based product development and understanding of typical technology architecture for large scale, complex, multi-tier, web applications
  • Experience delivering highly available systems on a AWS infrastructure
  • Well versed in business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions
  • Experience delivering initiatives that utilize Xcode, Android Studio, Java, Ruby, Go, or Python Software Application technologies
  • Familiar with Ansible, Chef, Puppet or similar configuration management tools a plus
  • Prior experience working in high security environments
