To reinforce our position in Middle East, we are actually looking for a Area Sales Manager Middle East to join our great EMEA team!
The main responsibilities will be:
·Create relationships with potential customers and manage sales process within a defined territory
·Grow business by selling Command Alkon products and services to both prospective and current customer base while providing exceptional customer service
·Sales Opportunities will be generated in the Concrete, Manufactured Concrete, and Bulk Materials (Aggregate, Asphalt, Cement, Recycling, etc.) industries through marketing, trade shows, and industry association events
·Effectively manage sales calls and objections
·Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
·Develop creative solutions to close business
·Generate price quotes and approvals
·Provide support with business partners that represent our interest in the market.
·Develop and maintain product knowledge
·Develop and maintain accurate forecast and sales pipeline
·Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within schedule
·Keep abreast of industry best practices and promotional trends
·Continuously improve through feedback
·Maintain current information in CRM database
·Command Alkon products within job profile include:
oCOMMANDbatch systems or legacy system conversions as applicable.
oCOMMANDbatch CP control system.
oApplication Software Solutions (COMMANDseries, CM, COMMANDqc, CL, Apex)
oImplementation labor with new systems
oMOBILEconnect Subscription Solutions

oOther products defined by Sales Management
Based in UK, Europe, or Middle East, the successful candidates must have:
Proven work experience as a sales professional
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Utilize CRM database to help manage business and profile customers and prospects
50%+ travel required within the Middle East. Valid Passport required
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
BS/BA degree or equivalent
