As an emerging expert, manages mobile device administration. Responsible for system security and data integrity. Ensures stable mobile messaging services and to enable reliable communication across a range of mobile device platforms.

What You'll Do:
·       Define/Maintain Release Management Process for updating new APK’s & device configurations via MDM.
·       Create & Test new MDM jobs for our support & implementation teams.   Carefully test before deploying.
·       Create instructions for 1st/2nd level support teams.
·       End user support and consultation.
·       Managing special projects; ex: deployment of 800 tablet devices.
·       Perform monthly billing analysis for several data carriers, ensuring plan assignments minimize our monthly costs.
·       Continuous process improvement; ex: cost savings analyses.
·       Respond to escalation support needs for MDM and Cellular Activation activities.
·       Remove devices as needed when removed from field use.
·       In this role, you will be responsible for mobile device provisioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
·       Provide 3rd level troubleshooting for mobile users and devices. Escalate issues to vendors as needed.

Who You Are:
·       Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with three plus years of applicable experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) technology (primarily Android) as well as experience managing android tablet / mobile devices.  
·       SureMDM (42Gears) experience preferred.
