Confluent is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager in our Palo Alto, California office. As a member of the Sales Productivity Team at Confluent, you will be responsible for managing sales productivity tools and programs.

The ideal candidate is very organized, pays attention to detail, and loves to educate sales teams in an effort to make them more productive in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, maintenance and delivery of innovative highly interactive enablement programs which address employee development needs
  • Partner with subject matter experts and Manager of Sales Productivity to develop programs relating to:
  • - New products or features on the horizon
    - Improving current processes 
    - New skills necessary in their role
  • Own project management for all sales productivity projects to keep the team on track with their own projects 
  • Assist in the development of the global GTM enablement strategy & operational plan
  • Work cross functionally to manage and help deliver the sales huddle content delivered weekly to the sales team
  • Develop programs for career path management within the sales organization

Essential Experience

  • 3-5 years in any type of sales role; ie. operations, enablement, training, or account management within Enterprise Software 
  • A consultative approach; the ability to develop rapport and trust with internal customers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver enablement activities that drive results 
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in communications
  • Experience in building relationships with people at a variety of levels
  • Excellent project management and problem solving skills
  • Experience delivering material to small and large audiences in a clean and crisp message

General

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3+ years experience in a related professional role
  • Familiar with social and mobile learning tools and methods
  • Open Communicator – happy to speak their mind and deliver constructive feedback
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Upbeat and energetic
  • PMI Certification a Plus along with knowledge of PM tools like Asana
