We’re looking for an articulate and highly quantitative Senior Analyst to join the newly created Strategic Analytics team that will inform high-level business strategy for our executive team. What you'll do:
Drive analytics for key strategic projects for Credit Karma in working with cross functional teams
Perform ad-hoc analyses to deliver insights to the executive team
Proactively identify new areas of strategic interest and frame approach to tackle them
Understand key drivers of the business and provide data driven guidance to the executive team on the key levers
Work with teams across the organization to socialize strategic initiatives and implement projects

What you bring:
5+ years of prior experience required in a fast paced analytics team
Experience in driving analytics projects independently and communicating results broadly across the organization
Strong SQL and Excel skills with exposure to R and/or Python
Excellent analytical skills and modeling capabilities, with deep attention to detail
Experience with strategy projects and analysis of very large, complex sets of data
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a startup like environment, moving quickly and handling changing priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business leaders
