This Senior Manager role holds a foundational role in driving Credit Karma’s international growth engine.  Your mandate is to drive the strategic direction and vision for the organisation’s digital paid media, including operational excellence of online acquisition and re-engagement across all web and native-app growth channels.  You will own and manage a large marketing budget, partnering in the development of a 1:1 tech stack, optimize Credit Karma’s non-member experience, and enjoy high visibility to senior international and marketing leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the marketing leader responsible for partnership with international product groups to create the technology that powers Credit Karma’s 1:1 marketing and member experience - from acquisition to customer support
  • Manage and rank-prioritize a large budget, and numerous channels including: Social (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter), Search (SEM and SEO), Display Networks (GDN, app install networks), Digital Video (YouTube), and Emerging Channels
  • Own the strategy for the full marketing lifecycle from campaign ideation, creative execution, media acquisition, landing page optimization, reg flow optimization, and paid remarketing
  • Lead a best-in-class team of passionate, dedicated, user focused, data-driven growth marketers
  • Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to reimagine, optimize and improve customer acquisition, new user experiences, and retention
  • Scale management, leadership, recruiting,  and talent development practices across our team

Experience We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of relevant professional online marketing experience with significant B2C marketing experience
  • Technical degree (economics, engineering, statistics, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Loves the craft of performance marketing, and wears that passion on their sleeve
  • Experience with end-to-end marketing strategy, including product optimization and 1:1 targeted remarketing
  • Strong familiarity with SQL and advanced Excel functionality
  • Obsessed with testing everything
